Seems i get how to solve this for Android:
- need to send Data message (that's different than Notification)
- move Title and Body in the Data
- add unique message id in the Data
- Handle RemoteMessage in the app and use NotificationManager.Notify(uniqueId, notification) to send local push notification and NotificationManager.Cancel(uniqueId) to hide the an old notification
