I had the same issue, tried clearing cache, installing VSIX extension manually, and even a fresh install of VS Code.

Turns out my VPN was causing this issue for some reason.

Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): I had the same
  • Low length (1):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
