it seems that the issue is that the SSRS report generates multiple worksheets. I haven't found out why but it seems as though there is a data limit per worksheet.

Reasons:
  • Low length (1):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Self-answer (0.5):
  • Single line (0.5):
