He made a software on pc that showed Images and you have to predict where where that image is 13 times. If you predicting 9 times right you could contact cia or some other agencies. I hade 9 rights but dont like to work for American gov. For me i just look at the images and the image that makes my body temperature getting up i chose that image. Some people have the ability to do that and we can not tell you how its done bc we dont know.
