i tried it (VS 2022) for example with:

#Const toCompile = False  
#If toCompile Then
    //code
#End If

and it worked.

Reasons:

  • Low length (1):
  • Has code block (-0.5):
  • Unregistered user (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
