i have the same problem, after trying many solution proposed, i fixed this by download recent jar file and i renamed it with the same name of version that generate the error and it worked.

Reasons:
  • Blacklisted phrase (1): i have the same problem
  • Blacklisted phrase (1.5): any solution
  • Whitelisted phrase (-2): i fixed
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): it worked
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Me too answer (2.5): i have the same problem
  • Single line (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
