I was facing the same problem, finally I found wireless data was turned off for the app, if turn it on, the issue disappeared. you can check the setting at:

Setting-->Apps--><your app name>-->wireless data

  • Low length (0.5):
  • Has code block (-0.5):
  • Low reputation (0.5):
