We have the same problem in expo 51, but only with gallery picker file sending. The problem can be replicated with local build pointing to prod API. We tried :

• XMLHttpRequest
• Fetch
• Axios fetch
• Change header (content type, accept)
• Change redirect to follow
• Change mode to cors
• Change cache to no-cache
• Update react-native 0.74.5 to 0.75.4

We think that the request cannot be sended.
