IS NULL on an individual field is working for me, however, when I try to exclude rows with a value in both field A and field B, it is not working.

I've tried: (A IS NULL or B IS NULL)

and: NOT (A IS NOT NULL and B IS NOT NULL)

I am still getting records with a value in both.
