I get the same problem for Chrome can't read that video format after I made a research on Google I get several sources saying that this is a mobile format made for optimizing file sharing between them. Chrome can read .mp4 files.

after doing my google search I get this: "3GP is a video container format designed for mobile devices. It's a simplified version of the MP4 format, with lower quality and smaller resolution. 3GP is great for sharing multimedia between devices, but it's not recommended for professional use"
