• Go to "C:\Program Files\Python312\Lib\site-packages"

• Right click and go to properties and select security.

• In the Groups and users section, select Users.

• Click Edit

• And select allow in the write option.

OR

Just install your packages in your command prompt as an Administrator, it will save the file in the normal site-packages.
