if you initiated OneDrive, most of your files would most likely have admin in it's path. Also when you open jupyter notebook, you would experience errors such as this : Your file couldn’t be accessed It may have been moved, edited, or deleted. ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

To solve this, first, open file explorer and paste this directory C:/Users/Admin/AppData/Roaming

look for jupyter folder, if it exist, delete it. Next, create another jupyter folder and open it the create a runtime folder

Close Anaconda prompt or any terminal .

reopen your anaconda prompt or cmd using run as administrator and type jupyter notebook

You should be able to open jupyter notebook in the web and access all your files including OneDrive
