Ask admin of team account to follow the following steps:

• Go to Users and Access
• Choose developer account (your account)
• In "Additional Resources" section, check "Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles."

Then in Xcode accounts team should appear. If not remove and add your appleId in accounts
