May I add an additional scenario to discuss in this thread?

1. take snapshot A of the EBS volume

2. add some data/file and change empty blocks on the EBS volume

3. delete/remove data/file from the EBS volume

4. take snapshot B of the EBS volume

Are changed blocks from step 2 switched to empty ones and they are not included into the snapshot B OR they are considered as changed and are included in the snapshot B although they are empty?
