Luke M. - is right. Medo64 is the best option for this - download from here https://www.medo64.com/vhdattach/ and install it. After this, add vhdx as auto mount and restart os. Vhdattach starting before explorer and whole virtual drive is accessible from user environment. OneDrive target directory is accessible too.
