I think you need to review the IP ranges for BitBucket from the following link - https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/what-are-the-bitbucket-cloud-ip-addresses-i-should-use-to-configure-my-corporate-firewall-343343385.html and and then use the outgoing IP's from the Bitbucket that need to be whitelisted on Snowflake.

If that doesn't work either then you will need to check with BitBucket team to get the right list of IP ranges.
