Steps tried:

Rebooting the system: not working Uninstall and reinstall: not working Tried launching in cmd with all extension disabled: not working Tried VS code insider and this : NOT working for my computer. after all, vscode uninstalled, and go to the %APPDATA%/Code folder and deleted Code Folder. I restarted computer and setup vscode again and it WORKED FINALLY.
