After tried different ways and failed, I deleted '.m2' folder and rebuild it. Newly generated jar has a different behavior. The view of Jpeg2000 image in GUI (javaFx) is still unsuccessful, but able to catch the error at the background which didn't happen. That's the best can be done so far. I take it as a work-around.
