I am facing a similar issue with Visual Studio 2022 when running an MVC project using IIS Express, and I have not been able to resolve it yet. I have already tried running Visual Studio as an administrator, reinstalling VS22, resetting the IIS Express configuration, and reinstalling IIS Express, but the issue persists.
