Currently this feature (dead letter queue topic filtering) is not yet available, see this discussion. As of this moment filtering dead letter queue topics has an ongoing feature request, you can comment on the request thread to follow up but be advised that it has no definite time when such request can be granted. Also, you can file your own feature request and be more specific for your own use case.
