I face the same issue and what I do is that I added android:windowSoftInputMode="adjust resize in the activity section of the AndroidManifest.xml

Reasons:
  • Low length (1):
  • Has code block (-0.5):
  • Me too answer (2.5): I face the same issue
  • Single line (0.5):
  • Low reputation (0.5):
