This was the most hilarious problem I ever ran into. Your problem is not the code, it's your active connections to E-Trades servers.

Try closing any browsers or services where you might be logged in at, and make sure your software's connection is the only session/instance attempting to connect.

If this doesn't immediately solve the problem, try reverting back to older code or starting over with the above mentioned information in mind. There's a chance you GPT'd your way into a scrambled mess of code
