I faced this issue, and what worked for me was removing everything in my my.ini configuration file and letting MySQL regenerate it with the default settings. After doing this, MySQL started working again.

Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): worked for me
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Single line (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
