Linux supports this with the memmap kernel option. This can be passed to the installer if it allows for user modified kernel options on boot, which some distributions do. See this Bad Memory HowTo

One could run Win10 under a VM or run required windows software under Wine if suitable replacement apps are unavailable on Linux.
