In my case, I downgraded clang from version 16 to 14.

Here's the steps for my environment (adapt as necessary):

• run brew install llvm@14
• add commands listed in Caveat to your ~/.zhrc
• open a new terminal session
• ensure clang -v prints out 14.0.6
• run bundle install as usual
