so was getting similar issue. Late to the party, but hopefully this helps someone else. I paused my internal testing track (which i guess made production the only one that would get served). breakdown: So, v21 is prod. v22 internal test upload

all of a sudden both prod and internal aab upload when downloaded from playstore showed white screen

paused internal testing downloaded app once more - works

key thing i noticed was, on your physical device go to apps -> yourApp -> at the bottom app version - it most likely says the internal version not the prod version
