I’ve tried both reCAPTCHA and anti-spam scripts, and personally, I found that using an anti-spam plugin works great without the user friction that reCAPTCHA sometimes creates. If you’re using Gravity Forms, I highly recommend the "Anti-Spam Filter for Gravity Forms" plugin. It’s simple to set up, effective, and doesn’t require users to interact with captchas at all.
