If anyone needs support for .nvmrc with nvm4w, I forked the project and added the feature here: https://github.com/epastorino/nvm-windows-with-nvmrc

Just compile the project and if you run "nvm.exe use" without a version argument, it will look for a version string in the .nvmrc file in current working directory.
