Even I was facing same error : java.awt.AWTError: no screen devices at sun.awt.Win32GraphicsEnvironment.getDefaultScreenDevice(Win32GraphicsEnvironment.java:99) ~[?:1.8.0_45]

I replaced the GPU from NVIDIA to Intel and issue got resolved. Atleast for now
