The problem is with the latest version. I changed this version

to this:

If we don't remove the leading (^) sign, it upgrades to 14.1 again. So I deleted it.

Then,

dart run flutter_launcher_icons -f pubspec.yaml
flutter clean
flutter run

And our icon is ready!
