I'm running Kali Linux on UTM o my Mac M2. Simply running sudo apt install spice-vdagent and restart of the machine fixed my issue. Souce: https://docs.getutm.app/guest-support/linux/ (different architectures described there)

Also you have to enable Cliboard Sharing there: UTM_settings_screenshot
