1. Open IBconsole.
2. right Click Local Server (Need to restart in every 48h if dev license) , select Login. put SYSDBA/masterkey.
3. Once logged in, right lick Local Server, select User security. You can either change SYSDBA password and click apply. Or click New button to set up a new User account.
4. Right click Database in the tree. Select Create Database. Fill in the new DB file name, the user you want the DB allowed in (e.g. your own user password you created in step 3.) change to Yes for Embedded User authentication. ok.
5. The DB file can ben then deployed to your devices with your own user/password
