Reading through your update.

The LoadModule line in the message you posted, is outdated. Can you do the following:

• stop the Apache service
• delete the Apache error.log file (or rename it to some other name if you want to look at it later)
• start the Apache service
• post the output of the Apache error.log

From the Apache log output, it should be possible to see, if the PHP module is loaded correctly by the Apache server.

In your setup, the error.log file should be under

C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.62.1\logs
