Resolved : ERROR :
Could not make a connection to the node agent or IBM HTTP Server administration server on node 1. The latest IBM HTTP Server configuration file must be obtained before updates can be completed.

Fix : GO to : Web servers > webserver1 > Remote Web server management and --> Remove checked BOX for "USE SSL"
