I had the same problem, I followed below steps and it worked

  1. Open Task Manager
  2. End all the tasks which running with prefix as "MySQL"
  3. Try to run the installer again
Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): it worked
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): I had the same
  • Low length (1):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Unregistered user (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
