I had this issue for 3 days, and here’s what solved my problem:

• I switched USB drives for the third time and used Win10 (yes, it needs to be Windows 10; you can update to Windows 11 afterward). Windows 11 kept giving an error.
• Enabling/Disabling CSM in the BIOS.
• Enabled secure boot in the BIOS.
