I managed to fix this issue by replacing presets: ['module:metro-react-native-babel-preset'], with presets: ['module:@react-native/babel-preset'], in both babel.config.js & .babelrc

Reasons:

  • No code block (0.5):
  • Single line (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
