I have the same Problem in EXCEL with powequery. I have seen, opening the excel file, and first refresh only makes one web request. All following refresh Makes two web requests. Crazy.

Reasons:
  • Blacklisted phrase (1): I have the same Problem
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Me too answer (2.5): I have the same Problem
