desktop PC application

Vuforia supports only UWP, Android and iOS. So no standalone desktop builds I'm afraid. Now as far as I know, desktop support can be added by just adjusting their Unity code (their native code is capable of running on desktop), but I don't think they would support it, specially since you'll have to adjust the code that's already built in their dll files.
