I had the same problem. I've changed Settings => Keyboard => "Input source switching" from "Switch input sources individually for each window" to "Use the same source for all windows".

And it helped me.

Reasons:
  • Whitelisted phrase (-1): I had the same
  • Probably link only (1):
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
