I found a solution, here:
To disable multi-factor authentication:
- Go to Azure Active Directory Properties page (https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/ActiveDirectoryMenuBlade/Properties).
- On the bottom of the page, choose Manage Security defaults, and in the Enable Security defaults pane, set Enable Security defaults toggle to No.
