Well you're still going to need to have the mock location ability to make certain changes to certain IP addresses. And or the ability to change your IP address. So instead of being restricted between let's just go to hypothetical here 64 to 65... You're going to be able to open yourself up from going from an IP starting with 2.00 all the way up to whatever number you want to go to. So sometimes not having a open location if you will will limit your IP range. So mock location is going to need an application to go in there at some point. That's what you're going to have to figure out what that is. In my case to suit my purposes to circumvent around the IP address that I actually have I use fake GPS or fake location if you get the name of the app I just look at it I don't remember it anymore. It has like a yellow emoji is part of its logo. Yes it's going to tell you only works for older versions of your firmware but however that is untrue. Make sure when you set your location you add it to favorites and don't forget to hit the Green arrow before you do that. Then go to Google to verify the location. And then work on your IP differentials in conjunction with the mock after apps. Again you're going to have to figure out how are you going to go past this point to either do a specific or a random range. But for definitely your phone's going to have to be rooted otherwise and then you're going to need an IP masking program or an IP spoofing program. I would just go through proxy websites which looks like Google search bar but it's actually an address bar. The circumvent that way. We don't have much information on your device or or what have you so this is the best I answer I can give you
