This works for me:

1. Turn off all VPN connections

2. Turn off recording, SSL Proxying and MacOS Proxy at Charles (also will work with Proxyman, I think).

   Also I have tried, but didn't work for me:

3. Disabling and Enabling Developer Mode

4. sudo chmod a+w /private/var/tmp/

5. Remove and restore DeveloperDiskImages folder at Library/Developer

6. sudo chmod a+w /private/var/tmp/

7. restart iPhone many times
