I'm not exactly sure how you were directed here for this issue, and I apologize for the frustrating experience of posting in this forum. While these API's are sitting behind "banno.com", these are not a part of the Banno Digital Toolkit. This is something that the Jack Henry Treasury Support team should be able to assist you with. In order to get in touch with them, you will need to create a case via the For Clients portal (forclients.jackhenry.com).
