i give you proper solution for this Issue :

1. remove all node js folder from C:\Program Files
2. remove all vs code folder from here also C:\Program Files
3. uninstal or remove Nodejs from your system
4. finally reinstall Node js in your system

minly this Error occure by caching issue so by following this step your problem resolve .
