Method 1: Using Azure Portal + PowerShell (Without Breaking Connectivity)

1. Add the Secondary IP in Azure Portal:

• Go to your VM's Networking settings

• Under "Network interface", click the NIC

• Under "IP configurations", add a new static public IP

• Do NOT enable "Public IP" on the primary IP configuration
