Simply delete folder at %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\17.0_xxxxx\ComponentModelCache

(replace 17.0_xxxxx with your version — or just delete all 17.0* folders) and this fixes your issue. It just fixed mine in VS Studio 2022.
