Encountered the problem on linux VM,
My fix was to downgrade the copilot plugin:

  1. Uninstall GitHub plugin (ctrl+alt+S)>plugins

  2. download previous version locally from site

  3. install Plugin from disk

Reasons:
  • Low length (0.5):
  • No code block (0.5):
  • Low reputation (1):
