This is because some telegram channels restrict sharing/copying from the channel(there is a channel setting called Content Protection that restricts saving content).

Because of this, you cannot share or open files with another app directly from Telegram, but you can access that file using third-party apps(like file managers that can access root files) or by connecting your phone to your computer and accessing it from Telegram's root files.
