In general, you can create a HTTP redirect to the according [SPARQL graph store protocol request](https://www.w3.org/TR/2013/REC-sparql11-http-rdf-update-20130321/#http-get) of a SPARQL endpoint.

However, I did not test, whether this is supported by Virtuoso. Its SPARQL implementation is incomplete.

Also note the `ResultSetMaxRows` configuration of your Virtuoso instance, which might cause incomplete results.
